- You are going to need a LOT of experience when it comes to your role. You will be asked to do a number of tests to ensure that you are suitable.
- You will be examined on your problem solving skills. It doesn’t matter if you get the right answer, they want to know how you think.
- How suited you are to working at Google. They call this the ‘Googleyness’. They want to know that you are going to fit in the environment.
I am going to be honest with you, when it comes to hiring at Google the recruitment is pretty in depth. However, they believe that the more difficult it is to get through the recruitment stages, the better quality of candidate they will get out of it. Honestly, if you are suited for the position perfectly then you will get through quite easily. If you aren’t, you will not get the position. The company really is the best for hiring excellent employees.
